Until recently the British Columbia managing partner at MNP as well as a member of the firm's Board of Directors, Mackenzie has been attempting to puzzle out the secrets of existence for his entire life.  

 

He has spent the last 35 years of his professional life working on implementing large scale change in orgranizations, and has provided specific assistance in everything from strategic planning to performance management to managing large projects.  He has hands-on experience in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, transportation, telecommunications, as well as the public sector and has worked internationally in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

 

​He is the author of two published books (and several yet-to-be-published) which have sold more than 50,000 copies in Canada, the US and around the world.​

 

Mackenzie consults to a wide range of organizations, and speaks on a variety of topics related to employee motivation, team work, and project and change management.
